Ethylene Oxide Sterilizer EOS-A14
The EOS-A14 Ethylene Oxide Sterilizer is a vertical, constant temperature heating box-type sterilizer cabinet featuring a manual door opening and providing an extensive capacity of 460 L. Operating at a sterilization temperature of 50 ℃ and a work pressure of -60 kPa, this sterilizer is designed for efficient and reliable sterilization processes. The sterilization room is constructed with 304 anti-corrosion type stainless steel, and the outer box material is 1.8 mm thick carbon steel baked with plastic powder, utilizing the electric heating method. The sterilizer incorporates automatic ventilation at 30-minute intervals, optimizing the sterilization environment. It is equipped with built-in temperature, humidity, and pressure sensors, coupled with an automatic control system, ensuring stability and efficiency throughout the sterilization procedure. The digital LCD screen displays critical information, including temperature, humidity, pressure, sterilization time, residual treatment time, and the number of cycles. Additionally, a built-in printer records the entire sterilization process, facilitating comprehensive recording and verification checks. The sterilizer features an explosion-proof electric heating device with over-voltage and over-temperature protection, along with a residual air automatic processing system, ensuring reliable and safe operations.
