The LEOS-A13 Ethylene Oxide Sterilizer is a vertical, constant temperature heating box-type sterilizer cabinet with a manual door opening, providing a generous capacity of 360 L. Operating at a sterilization temperature of 50 ℃ and a work pressure of -60 kPa, it ensures effective sterilization for various applications. The sterilization room is constructed of 304 anti-corrosion type stainless steel, while the outer box material is 1.8 mm thick carbon steel baked with plastic powder using the electric heating method. The sterilizer features automatic ventilation at 30-minute intervals, contributing to optimal sterilization conditions. Equipped with built-in temperature, humidity, and pressure sensors, along with an automatic control system, it guarantees stability, efficiency, and quality throughout the sterilization process. The digital LCD screen displays essential information, including temperature, humidity, pressure, sterilization time, residual treatment time, and the number of cycles. Additionally, a built-in printer records the entire sterilization process, facilitating thorough recording and verification checks.
