Ethylene Oxide Sterilizer EOS-A12
The EOS-A12 Ethylene Oxide Sterilizer is a vertical, constant-temperature heating box-type sterilizer cabinet with a manual door opening, providing a capacity of 220 L. Operating at a sterilization temperature of 50 ℃ and a work pressure of -60 kPa, it ensures effective sterilization. The sterilization room is constructed of 304 anti-corrosion type stainless steel, and the outer box material is 1.8 mm thick carbon steel baked with plastic powder using the electric heating method. The sterilizer incorporates automatic ventilation at 30-minute intervals, maintaining optimal conditions. Equipped with built-in temperature, humidity, and pressure sensors, along with an automatic control system, it guarantees stability, efficiency, and quality in the sterilization process. The digital LCD screen displays critical information such as temperature, humidity, pressure, sterilization time, residual treatment time, and the number of cycles. Additionally, a built-in printer records the entire sterilization process, providing a comprehensive verification check. The sterilizer features an explosion-proof electric heating device with over-voltage and over-temperature protection, as well as a residual air automatic processing system, ensuring reliable and safe operations.
