Ethylene Oxide Sterilizer EOS-A10
The EOS-A10 Ethylene Oxide Sterilizer is a vertical, constant temperature heating box-type sterilizer cabinet with a manual door opening, providing a capacity of 80 L. It operates at a sterilization temperature of 50 ℃ and a work pressure of -60 kPa. The sterilization room is constructed of 304 anti-corrosion type stainless steel, while the outer box material is 1.8 mm thick carbon steel baked with plastic powder using the electric heating method. The sterilizer features automatic ventilation at 30-minute intervals. It is equipped with a built-in temperature, humidity, and pressure sensor, along with an automatic control system that ensures stability, efficiency, and quality. The digital LCD screen displays temperature, humidity, pressure, sterilization time, residual treatment time, and the number of cycles. Additionally, a built-in printer records and verifies the entire sterilization process. The sterilizer incorporates an explosion-proof electric heating device with over-voltage and over-temperature protection, as well as a residual air automatic processing system for reliable operations.
